Even if I plug it into the console, it still won't connect. The only way to fix it is to do a full shut down, unplug the console, plug the controller into the console, and restart the console. After doing all this, I'm able to unplug the controller and use it wirelessly. But I have to do this every single time I turn the Xbox back on.
