My understanding is that there were concerns over feed ramps years ago but have not seen much about it these days. Gen M3 are fine. I use the dust cover to keep tension off the feed lips and keep dirt out of mags. Brings good peace of mind. Only feed ramp concerns I’m aware of involve M855A1.
